I joined Lewis Silkin as a partner in 2000, and am a member of each of the firm’s Corporate, Commercial and Brands & IP practice groups, as well as our Media & Entertainment sector focus group, reflecting the broad scope of my practice.

Having spent the early years of my career as a corporate finance lawyer, I have in the subsequent years expanded my practice to advise on all manner of non-contentious commercial and IP issues, while continuing to advise on M&A, fundraising, joint ventures (both in the UK and overseas) and other corporate matters.Although I work with clients in various industries, the majority of the clients I work with are in media, marketing services, leisure or retail. Away from the office, I will generally either be found cheering on the Wales rugby team or ferrying our nine year old to rugby, cricket or parties.
